I had an amazing experience getting my colour analysis done with the Colourist! Ailee was incredibly kind and took the time to explain how different colours interact with my skin tone. I learned so much about which shades complement me best and how the right colours can enhance my natural features. She showed me which colours bring out my eyes which allowed me to see colours in my eyes I didn’t even know I had! I learnt about how the pallate suited to me evened out my skin tone taking away redness and darkness. One of the biggest takeaways was understanding the difference between the colour standing out versus me being the one who stands out. Once she explained this, I could see the difference for myself, which was such an eye-opening moment. Ailee is so passionate about what she does and you can tell she cares about her clients. I’m so excited to explore my newly discovered colour palette with confidence. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ailee for a personal colour analysis session, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Ailee really knows her stuff. She taught me so much about my wardrobe. Now when I pick an outfit I do it confidently, knowing what works and what doesn’t. I had my very first 1:1 colour consultation with Ailee Molloy at The Colourist on Wednesday 7th January, and I can honestly say it was the best Christmas present my daughter has ever given me. Being a lover of colour and also in the fashion industry for years i have ALWAYS wanted to know my colours. Ailee was beyond amazing and made me feel so comfortable as she helped my find my true coloured self in her consultation. I have spent years of assuming I was wearing the right makeup and clothing, only to have my time with Ailee reveal the reason things didn't feel quite right at times was because... they weren't! Already a day after my consult i have started wearing new shades of lipstick and blush, along with changing up my clothing combinations and the comments from loved ones and strangers has been staggering! Such a fun experience, Ailee had me feeling comfortable straight away. I learnt a lot about colours and styling. I got a bunch of colour swatches that are my colour palate, then 10 ‘it’ colours…. And then ‘no no’ colours for me. I’m looking forward to going shopping with confidence!!! Would recommend Ailee for sure!

This was an awesome experience. 4 months postpartum and wanting a starting to point to reset my wardrobe and dress to feel good again. Ailee was very personable, accomodating with my 4 month old and super knowledgeable with colours and styling. I loved the way she talked through what she was seeing while also getting your input. You’re provided a really good understanding of your colours but also given great tools and resources to continue to build on your understanding in real life. It’s been really fun experimenting with colour outside of my comfort zone and has helped me find my style and feel myself again postpartum :) Highly recommend!!
